Can you send a swatch card for me to confirm the finish of a product?
Absolutely!
We also want to make sure the furniture you buy from us blends well with your office and so we would be happy to send you swatch cards for you to review them. You may place a request for it by calling or emailing us.
How do I make a payment for an order placed with you?
We’re happy to hear you’re ready to place an order with us.
We provide our users with multiple methods to make a payment for their orders. You can pay online using your bank cards on our website or you may also do a BACS transfer to our bank account.
Bank details will be provided to you when you have placed an order with us.
What is your order process?
It’s simple.
1. You place an order with us and confirm a payment for it.
2. We get your goods shipped as fast as possible.
3. We send you an email letting you know when you can expect the goods to arrive.
We will also send emails as and when required regarding your order.
Do you include VAT in your prices?
The VAT at the rate of 20% will be added to your order on the checkout page if you are ordering online. If you have ordered via email, the invoice will have the VAT amount listed on it.
Can you visit our site for furniture and space planning?
Yes, we can. We would be happy to visit your site and provide you with recommendations as to what furniture will best suit the style of your office/site.

If site visit is not feasible for you or us, we would be happy to provide you with 2D and 3D designs of an ideal office for you. Please call or email us for further discussions.
What is your lead time for most products?
Our lead time for most products is 10-15 working days as listed on individual product pages.
Do you offer furniture installation service?
Yes, we do. You may also add the installation service to your furniture order with us.
Is there a guarantee for your products?
Most of our products have a 3 year guarantee as listed on their individual product page.
